FASHION PET PEEVES PT II

Bad Extensions, Wigs, and Weaves in General:  Being experimental with hair that is not actually yours can be a great thing.  BUT, and this is a big but, one must address the inevitable...NOT CHO HAIR experiments GONE BAD.  See below and make sure that you are never this person.

Lacefront on Blast: Wrong on so many levels.  No words.

Styling: I don't know wtf Brandy was thinking.  Better yet, what was her stylist thinking?  Looks like sabatoge to me.  This is a definite set up and the person who did this should immediately be put in the enemy category.

No Hairline:   Not a good look, cover that mess up!

Face Tattoos: Who would do this to their self? A crazy person that's who. You have to be out yo got dayum mind to put something as permanent as a tattoo on your face. I have nothing else to say on this matter. Wait, one more thing...don't all of them look incredibly stupid?

FASHION PET PEEVES

The Heel-LESS heel:  I get it...you want to be different...BUT my theme for the past week applies to this particular look..."KNOW YOUR LIMITS".  I would love to see someone walk up a hill in these shoes.  Pure entertainment! lol

Female Side Neck Tattoo:  Granted, its cute and somewhat funky but I am not a fan of tattoos anywhere on the neck. There is something about the one on the side that particularly annoys me that much more.  It kills any evening or work related look and screams HOOD RICH.  Unless you are a Rap/Rock Star, Kat Stacks (see below) or a real life Snoop from The Wire ... do yourself a favor and get a stick on to temporarily fulfill that urge.

If you must get a neck tatoo, go for the back of the neck...I still am not encouraging it but this can pass as sexy if done correctly.

Overtanning:  Valentino, Valentino, Valentino...for being such a legend in the world of fashion..well the picture speaks for itself, chocolate anyone?  *straight face*

       

     

Drag Queen Makeup: I love my makeup and do not leave home without it.  At the same time, I do not feel the need to wear my entire makeup kit.  Remember ladies...its supposed to accentuate.  You cannot change your ugly grill by overcompensating in the MAC department.  Other things to consider are plastic surgery or take the cheap route and embrace your ugly.

The question is, will the b*tch show up? LOL No disrespect but one has to wonder when it comes to her.  Well, whether she chooses to or not ...I will be there the end of January with bells on.  I grew up on Lauryn and she carried me through many a heartbreaks, new loves, and just truly defined what good music is for me.  Worse case scenario, I will be in Atlantic City with my other half with access to loads of booze, gambling, and clubs.  Sounds oddly familiar to heaven huh?  *ducks from strike of lightning* 

Well, cheers to seeing Ms. Hill "show em how its done son" and her comeback. I plan to get a picture with her...willingly or unwillingly. Will keep you posted on how that turns out.
